Multi-Drop Route Planning
Planning a single route that serves several drops in the best order and within each stop's window.
Who needs it: Dispatchers and route planners
The goods are picked and ready. What remains is getting each retailer's order to their door on the day they expect it.
Warehouse-to-retailer delivery is the delivery of orders from a warehouse or storage point to retail customers such as shops, dealers and stores. Gulf Elite Transport collects the picked orders, plans the route across the retailers and delivers them to their receiving points. Routes and timing are confirmed for each request.

This page begins at the moment orders leave a warehouse. Business-to-Business Delivery is the wider topic covering all business recipients. Retail Distribution covers regular supply of the shops on a set cycle, and Multi-Drop Route Planning describes how the stops are sequenced.
| Component | What it means |
|---|---|
| Order pickup | Collection of picked orders from the warehouse dock. |
| Route across retailers | A stop sequence planned around receiving hours. |
| Delivery to receiving points | Handover at each retailer's door or bay. |
| Delivery documents | Delivery notes carried and presented as agreed. |
A wholesaler dispatches many orders at once, each for a different retailer. The efficient answer is to load by delivery sequence, not by order number, so the first stop is at the back of the vehicle only if it is meant to be the last.
Gulf Elite Transport asks about the warehouse, the number of orders per dispatch, the retailers and their hours. We confirm what can be supported and provide a quotation. Storage itself is not covered here.
| Use case | Example |
|---|---|
| Daily dispatch | A day's retailer orders delivered in one round. |
| Replenishment order | A retailer's regular top-up delivered. |
| Opening stock | Initial stock delivered to a new shop. |
| Promotion load | Extra volume delivered ahead of a sale. |

| Consideration | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Load sequence | Load in reverse delivery order to avoid reshuffling at stops. |
| Receiving windows | Some retailers accept deliveries only at certain hours. |
| Pallet or carton | The form of the goods decides the vehicle. |
| Cut-off time | Orders picked after cut-off move to the next round. |
